Terms & Conditions
Clear, transparent guidelines designed to ensure flawless on-ground coordination, timely deliverable releases, and seamless artistic storytelling for your wedding celebrations.
To ensure the reservation of dates, crew logistics, and gear scheduling, all payments are structured across three clear milestones:
Required at the time of booking to secure your wedding dates. This non-refundable deposit is fully credited toward your total package balance.
Payable upfront on the very first day of event coverage before photography & filming crew commencement.
Payable once you have reviewed and finalized the cinematic wedding film preview prior to final file dispatch.
Cancellation & Non-Refundability
In case of cancellation of the wedding function or ceremonies for any reason whatsoever, the 20% booking retainer amount will strictly not be refunded.
Advance Notice for Rescheduling
Any rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing at least 15 to 20 days in advance, subject strictly to team and equipment availability on the revised dates.
Vidai Ceremony Venue Scope
Vidai coverage will be conducted strictly at the designated wedding venue only. No post-vidai ceremonies, travel, or home-welcoming rituals will be covered by the team.
Rituals Concluded Post-Vidai
Coverage terminates upon completion of the Vidai ceremony at the venue. No extended rituals after Vidai are included under standard wedding packages.
Additional / Out-of-Package Shoots
Any photography or filming requests outside the mutually agreed rituals, schedules, or package specifications will be billed separately.
Extra Shoot Billing Standard
Unscheduled extra shoots or additional sessions are chargeable between ₹24,000 to ₹32,000 per session depending on crew and equipment.
We strive to craft every film trailer and wedding album to your satisfaction while maintaining an efficient post-production workflow:
2 Complimentary Review Rounds
Clients can request up to two (2) comprehensive rounds of edit changes. Any further revision rounds requested thereafter will incur additional post-production charges.
Post-Printing Modification Policy
Once photo albums and physical prints have been sent for final printing, no changes can be made. If layout or photo changes are requested after printing, a reprinting fee of ₹16,000 to ₹24,000per album will strictly apply.
Raw Pictures in 2–3 Days
Complete unedited high-resolution raw pictures will be uploaded to our private Shadiwish Photography Google Drive within 2 to 3 days of your event. You can immediately view, download, and share them with loved ones.
Album Selection Workflow
Simply select your favorite photos from the Drive and share your finalized selection list with our team. Once confirmed, our bespoke layout designers begin album composition.
45-Day Post-Selection Handover
Final deliverables (color-graded photographs, custom album heirlooms, and cinematic films) are handed over within 45 days from the date of your confirmed photo selection.
Direct Video Drive Download
Full cinematic films, teasers, and trailers will be made available for download directly through your dedicated Google Drive link.
All tangible items included in your package (such as leather-bound flush mount albums, customized wooden boxes, prints, and USB drives) must be collected by the client directly from our office. In the event that doorstep shipping or courier delivery is requested, all delivery, packaging, and transit insurance charges shall be borne entirely by the client.
On-Location Conduct & Gear Safety
During the shoot, if any misbehavior, verbal/physical abuse, theft, or equipment damage occurs to our team or camera gear by any attendee, guest, or venue staff, the client will be held fully accountable. Any resulting loss or damage shall be fully compensated by the client.
Technical Hazards & Force Majeure
While Shadiwish Photography takes all reasonable precautions to maintain redundant multi-drive backups and equipment upkeep, the client acknowledges technical hazards beyond our control (such as card failure or transit accidents). In such rare events, the client agrees that no claims, penalties, or legal action shall be made against Shadiwish Photography.
Brand Watermark
All delivered preview and web-resolution edited images will include the official Shadiwish Photography brand watermark.
Promotional Rights & Privacy Notice
Shadiwish Photography reserves the right to feature photographs and cinematic films for promotional showcases, social media, online collaborations, marketing materials. If you have specific privacy considerations, please notify us formally in advance.
